Too Busy With Refis?

Over and over again we are hearing the same story from Realtors.  While the details vary, the results are almost always the same….

The closing was delayed and my client was not happy.

Of course — if your client is not happy — you are not happy. A successful real estate professional builds their business through referrals and unhappy clients are much less likely to become long-term referral sources.

We understand that rates are at record lows and every homeowner who can benefit would like to refinance. However, we also understand that in the long run our business must focus upon helping our clients achieve the American Dream of Homeownership.  A purchase transaction has a deadline. Refinances can close at anytime as long as the rate is preserved.

That is why we prioritize purchase transactions — no matter how busy we are. We think this real estate professional says it best…
