I Still Have To Deliver

I hope you have enjoyed the series on recruiting and feel that it was of value. Before we get together regarding my becoming a partner servicing your office, I wanted to make sure you know about the ways I can help your agents. Helping you with your recruitment efforts and sales meetings is one thing, but helping your agents effectively is quite another.

My experience in the mortgage business has brought me the loyalty of agents across the area. In fact, many mortgage companies actually refer deals to me that they cannot close. Here are some of the areas that I can help:

Fast pre-approvals. In a competitive real estate market, who can afford to waste time? Make sure your agents have their clients approved before they take them out looking and that any offers they make are solid. Time is money for your agents.

Programs for those who lack cash. I carry a multitude of low down-payment programs designed for those who would like to purchase a home and lack the capital.

Programs for those who have spotty credit histories. While I do realize that not every person will be able to purchase regardless of their credit history, we have services for those who need to fix their credit before purchasing.

Open house sheets. I can help your agents advertise their open houses more effectively. Time and money is spent on open houses and it is important to get the maximum results from these efforts.

Educational efforts. I am available to help train your agents in real estate finance and sales. Your agents must become knowledgeable in both areas to be successful.

These programs are designed to help me deliver excellent service as a qualified business partner.  Neither of us benefits from our relationship if the agents do not benefit.
